These Website Terms and Conditions, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your use of the Cheetah Transport website and your communications with Cheetah Transport.

By accessing the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. About Cheetah Transport

Cheetah Transport operates as a GlobalTranz Authorized Agent. Transportation brokerage services are provided through GlobalTranz Enterprises, LLC, an FMCSA-registered property broker under MC-501299.

Cheetah Transport helps customers request, evaluate, and coordinate freight transportation services. Cheetah Transport is not the motor carrier physically transporting the freight. Physical transportation is performed by independent motor carriers selected or arranged through the applicable brokerage process.

GlobalTranz’s current public terms identify GlobalTranz Enterprises, LLC as the registered property broker under MC-501299 and state that GlobalTranz isn’t acting as a motor carrier.

2. Website Information

The website provides general information about freight shipping services, including LTL, full truckload, machinery, specialized, and ocean freight coordination.

Website information is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It isn’t a binding offer, transportation contract, guaranteed service commitment, legal opinion, customs opinion, or insurance recommendation.

Service descriptions don’t guarantee that a particular service, route, carrier, equipment type, rate, or delivery schedule will be available for every shipment.

3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request doesn’t create a binding transportation agreement or require Cheetah Transport or GlobalTranz to accept the shipment.

Initial rates, estimates, and service options may be based on information supplied by the customer. Rates and availability may change based on:

  • Actual freight weight and dimensions
  • Freight class
  • Commodity
  • Packaging
  • Equipment requirements
  • Origin and destination
  • Pickup and delivery conditions
  • Accessorial services
  • Market and carrier availability
  • Fuel charges
  • Customs, duties, taxes, permits, or inspections
  • Changes to the requested schedule
  • Information discovered after booking

A shipment isn’t confirmed until the applicable service, rate, and shipment details have been accepted through the appropriate booking or confirmation process.

4. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting a quote or arranging a shipment, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.

You are responsible for accurately describing:

  • The commodity
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Freight class, when applicable
  • Quantity and packaging
  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Required equipment
  • Loading and unloading conditions
  • Restricted, dangerous, hazardous, high-value, oversized, or regulated materials
  • Special handling requirements
  • Required dates and facility hours

You represent that you are authorized to request services and act on behalf of the business, shipper, consignee, or cargo owner involved.

You must not use the website or request services for unlawful goods, prohibited cargo, fraud, deceptive activity, or any purpose that violates applicable transportation, customs, trade, export, sanctions, safety, or hazardous-material laws.

5. Shipment Agreements and Governing Documents

Actual transportation services may be governed by additional documents and agreements, including:

  • A written or electronic rate confirmation
  • A bill of lading
  • GlobalTranz’s freight terms and conditions
  • The applicable motor carrier’s rules or tariffs
  • Credit and payment terms
  • Insurance or cargo-coverage documents
  • Customs, import, export, or ocean freight documentation

When these Website Terms conflict with a document specifically governing an accepted shipment, the shipment-specific document will control for that shipment.

Customers should review GlobalTranz’s applicable Freight Broker Agreement and Terms and Conditions before booking a shipment.

6. Transit Times and Service Performance

Pickup, transit, and delivery dates may be estimates unless a specific written service commitment expressly states otherwise.

Weather, traffic, equipment issues, port conditions, customs activity, labor disruptions, facility delays, carrier availability, government action, and other events outside Cheetah Transport’s control may affect service.

Nothing on the website guarantees:

  • Carrier availability
  • Pickup at a particular time
  • Delivery by a particular date
  • Damage-free transportation
  • Customs clearance
  • The lowest available rate
  • Continuous shipment tracking
  • Acceptance of a particular commodity

7. Cargo Loss, Damage, and Insurance

Cheetah Transport doesn’t guarantee that a shipment is fully insured or that every claim will be covered.

Carrier liability, declared value, optional cargo coverage, claim procedures, exclusions, and filing deadlines may vary by shipment and provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms and requesting additional cargo coverage when appropriate.

Cargo claims and liability associated with an accepted shipment will be governed by the applicable shipment agreement, bill of lading, carrier terms, GlobalTranz terms, and law, rather than by general statements on this website.

8. Website Forms and Communications

When you submit a contact or quote form, you authorize Cheetah Transport to contact you by email or telephone regarding your request.

Providing a telephone number through a general form doesn’t automatically provide consent for recurring promotional text messages. SMS consent, when requested, will be presented separately.

You agree that information submitted through the website is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the applicable email address and telephone number.

9. SMS Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily opt in to the Cheetah Transport messaging program, you may receive messages concerning:

  • Quote requests
  • Shipment details
  • Scheduling
  • Documentation
  • Pickup and delivery
  • Shipment updates
  • Customer service
  • Account communications
  • Promotional offers, when separately disclosed and authorized

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving a quote.

You may opt out by replying STOP. You may also revoke consent through another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request, including contacting Cheetah Transport directly. We may send one final confirmation message after processing your request.

Wireless carriers and communications providers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, service coverage, and other factors outside our control.

You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number provided. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

Your SMS participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

Cheetah Transport doesn’t control every third-party website and isn’t responsible for its availability, content, security, policies, products, or services. Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.

13. Website Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cheetah Transport disclaims warranties concerning the website’s uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, security, or suitability for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer applies to the website itself. Rights and obligations related to an accepted shipment are governed by the applicable shipment agreements and law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheetah Transport won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms alters liability provisions contained in a rate confirmation, bill of lading, GlobalTranz agreement, carrier tariff, insurance document, or other agreement governing an accepted shipment.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Cheetah Transport harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Information you knowingly provide that is false or materially incomplete
  • Your unlawful use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of another party’s rights
  • Your failure to disclose regulated, dangerous, hazardous, or restricted cargo

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and doesn’t replace shipment-specific indemnification terms.

16. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising solely from use of this website will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Missouri, unless applicable law or another controlling written agreement requires otherwise.

Disputes related to an accepted shipment may be governed by separate GlobalTranz, carrier, bill-of-lading, or transportation agreement provisions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
